Cashel Union of Parishes is a union of 5 Parishes, centred around the Cashel area.

The parishes that comprise the Cashel Union of Parishes are nestled in the heart of Co. Tipperary’s Golden Vale.
The churches that make up our Union can be found in Tipperary town centre (St. Mary’s), in the Glen of Aherlow at Clonbeg (St. Sedna’s), at Ballintemple (Dundrum, St. Mary’s), in the townland of Magorban (Church of the Holy Spirit, which celebrated its bi-centenary in 2016), and in the cathedral church of St. John the Baptist and St. Patrick’s Rock in Cashel.

St. John the Baptist and St. Patrick's Rock, Cashel, resting at the heart of Tipperary's Golden Vale, is an epicentre of Irish and European heritage, with a history which predates the discovery of America and the New World by over a millennium. A home to saints, scholars and warrior chiefs, it overlooks a magnificent landscape from atop the world famous Rock of Cashel.

Nearby the Cathedral perimeter walls date back to the 13th century and also the 19th century chapter house, while the age of part of the graveyard remains unknown. Always peering at worshippers is the rock of Cashel and Cormac's chapel.
